November 3, 2024Yoga Lab is a class for all levels, beginners included! The first 60-minutes are all about finding structural alignment in yoga postures accompanied by time and pause for reflection. The forces of nature govern our bodies functions and well-being. There is an expanding force, a contracting force, a grounding and a rising force. We can look at each asana and see these forces working within our bodies. It’ is when we most efficiently harness the forces of nature inside of us that we can begin to move efficiently and sustainably through our lives! The final half hour will be a guided meditation inspired by the techniques of Yoga Nidra. A deep rest and reset.
