    Kat Catimon, SWEAT Fitness Teacher, has been instructing group fitness classes for almost nine years, mostly strength & circuit training and indoor cycling. In her own life, Kat’s training includes weight lifting and she is an avid hiker.

    SWEAT Fitness classes are upbeat and leave you more energized than when you started. The classes use bodyweight and minimal equipment to improve your strength and overall fitness. Progressions and thoughtful movements will have your muscles burning in no time! This class is for moderate to advanced fitness levels with various modifications for those looking to improve.

    Yoga Lab is a class for all levels, beginners included! The first 60-minutes are all about finding structural alignment in yoga postures accompanied by time and pause for reflection. The forces of nature govern our bodies functions and well-being. There is an expanding force, a contracting force, a grounding and a rising force. We can look at each asana and see these forces working within our bodies. It’ is when we most efficiently harness the forces of nature inside of us that we can begin to move efficiently and sustainably through our lives! The final half hour will be a guided meditation inspired by the techniques of Yoga Nidra. A deep rest and reset.

    Zazen Silent Sitting Meditation

    Zazen Silent Sitting Meditation

    Each session will begin with the Heart Sutra followed by two silent meditation periods of zazen separated by a brief kinhin, or walking meditation.

    If you have ever said to yourself during guided meditation, "I wish they would be quiet; I'm trying to meditate here" then Zazen is for you.

    A variety of seating is available, or you can bring your own.

    This sitting is open to the community for a free-will donation.

    Morgan’s intention is to guide students toward the center of their experience, which is an inherent state of calm found in the stillness of the mind. No previous yoga experience is required; all are considered equal.

    Class will include movement and meditation.

    Morgan's Vinyasa classes focus on nervous system regulation through a balance of movement and stillness. Her teaching style is influenced by the school under which she studies; Prana Vinyasa®, developed by Dance Anthropologist Shiva Rae, as well as her dedicated studentship to Yoga Nidra and Elemental Theory. Morgan’s classes take into consideration the current solar and lunar cycles and their influence on our collective embodiment.

    Yoga for Rest and Renewal offers students a lovely combination practice. The first part of the class will include a gentle hatha and restorative yoga sequence. Students are encouraged to make the practice their own by moving slowly and mindfully, exploring the amount of stretch and holding that is available to them. Pranayama breathing practices are included .
    The rest of the class will be a Yoga Nidra guided meditation where students simply lie down and receive the meditation, intended to create deep relaxation and healing. Newcomers and experienced yogis are welcome.

    Yoga for Rest and Renewal offers students a lovely combination practice. The first part of the class will include a gentle hatha and restorative yoga sequence. Students are encouraged to make the practice their own by moving slowly and mindfully, exploring the amount of stretch and holding that is available to them. Pranayama breathing practices are included .
    The rest of the class will be a Yoga Nidra guided meditation where students simply lie down and receive the meditation, intended to create deep relaxation and healing. Newcomers and experienced yogis are welcome.

    Yoga Lab is a class for all levels, beginners included! The first 60-minutes are all about finding structural alignment in yoga postures accompanied by time and pause for reflection. The forces of nature govern our bodies functions and well-being. There is an expanding force, a contracting force, a grounding and a rising force. We can look at each asana and see these forces working within our bodies. It’ is when we most efficiently harness the forces of nature inside of us that we can begin to move efficiently and sustainably through our lives! The final half hour will be a guided meditation inspired by the techniques of Yoga Nidra. A deep rest and reset.

    Each session will begin with the Heart Sutra followed by two silent meditation periods of zazen separated by a brief kinhin, or walking meditation.

    If you have ever said to yourself during guided meditation, "I wish they would be quiet; I'm trying to meditate here" then Zazen is for you.

    A variety of seating is available, or you can bring your own.

    This sitting is open to the community for a free-will donation.
