Bell Choir Concert at Crane
Joint Bell Choir Concert

The bell choirs of Potsdam First Presbyterian Church, the Unitarian Universalist Church (Canton), and the Crane School of Music joined together in April, 2008 for a concert the Hosmer Hall stage at SUNY Potsdam
The Bell Choir from the Crane School of Music opened the program with two numbers: "Festivity on Westminster Chimes" (Ellen Jan Lorenz) and "Gershwin" (arr. Douglas E. Wagner).
 This was followed by two numbers from the CantUUns Handbell Choir (Nelly Case, Director): "Spanish Dance" (Kevin McChesney) and "Siyahamba" (arr. Tammy Waldrop)
 The First Presbyterian Church of Potsdam (directed by Laura Toland), also played two numbers: "Aria for Handbells" (Dale Wood) and "This Train" (Patricia Cota)
 Brent Pomeroy handled the "BIG" bells for us
 All three choirs combined for the finale piece (directed by Jamie Szafran): "Hymn of Promise" (Natalie Smith, arr. Martha Lynn Thompson)
