The yoga of non-doing; this is a sleep-based meditation, where you are invited to recline or lie down, supported by blankets, cushions, and blocks to receive a guided experience, supporting you in releasing all that does not serve you. Yoga nidra fosters reprograming of the sub and superconsicous mind to change behaviors and patterns to create your desired state of being, all while doing nothing!
Studies show that regular practice of yoga nidra helps to release weight, stress-induced cortisol, inflammation, and chronic pain. It helps to cease undesirable habits, improve sleep quality, and to enhance performance.
