The goal of Yoga for Strength is about cultivating physical and mental strength which makes us more resilient to life's challenges. Moving in rhythmic patterns with the breath builds strength, teaching us about the sustainable and unsustainable ways we hold ourselves. Through the lens of yoga, we will focus on alignment in postures to ensure efficient use of the muscles. Expect a meditative experience while building strength.
